QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING / Anglican Ministerial Training & satisfactory completion of IME

EXPERIENCE / Proven track record of commitment to and delivery of church growth
Proven track record of growing the confidence and gifts of God’s people and together making disciples through relational mission
Experience in the typical range of parish ministry
Experience of fruitful ministry in a parish with high levels of deprivation
Track record of working well and collaboratively in a team / Known in wider circles as a priest with a heart for the community – probably having held responsibilities in the community.
Experience of ministry on urban estates and developing new work with this type of community.
Experience of working in a clergy team
