Business deliveries
All orders will be delivered by 5pm if the product is being shipped to an office or business operating from 9am to 5pm but we do not guarantee any delivery date or time. For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details requested, including full delivery details, the business name, address, postal code, telephone number and card message. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.
Residential deliveries

Delivery running late
Force Majeure
If for any reason because of circumstances beyond our control we are running late for a delivery, we will inform you by email or phone if possible. Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
Payment information
We accept payment by visa, master card, American express and paypal. All orders are final once the order has been placed on our website, by phone or once your order has been processed by Mondu floral design in our store.Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details, if you enter a correct e-mail address. You will be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. All costs will be charged at the cost of the date on which you place your order.
Refunds
We use the freshest product for our floral designs. Flowers are a perishable product; it is the recipients responsibility to follow the care instructions that come with the flowers to insure longevity of the product. If for any reason we forget to include a care package with the flowers please follow the care instruction posted on our website under flower care. We accept no responsibility for the care of products once shipped. There is no refunds on our products. If there is a problem with an order we will resolve the issue case by case as we see fit, but we are not liable for the care of the product.
Seasonal availability
All products are subject to availability.Seasonal availability will mean that we may have to use some different flowers and colors from those seen in the photographs. Doto variations in computer monitors, and the reproduction process, packaging may vary from that shown, as may the colors of our products and flowers.We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Mondu floral design website and/or the Services are fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Mondu floral design Website or Services and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Mondu floral design Website and/or the Service impossible or impractical.
