We are exploring lockers that are built in Columbia for several sports venues and are pricing Polylife Locker that are made of recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) as well as metal lockers. The Polylife Lockers are of particular interest as they are built of solid plastic and the color is mixed into the material and consistent throughout

  • The design team continues to explore ways to perform the renovations and additions without the need to move these students to another school while the school is under construction. We had a joint meeting with the administration from Fulmer and Airport High to consider our housing options for students during construction. It has become obvious that we will need temporary classrooms with any of the three scenarios we considered. The options discussed included the possibility of temporarily housing the 8th grade on the high school campus, adding temporary housing at Fulmer with limited placement options or using Pair Education Center for swing space during construction with added learning cottages on that campus

  • Thompson Turner has brought in a second block mason crew and block work is progressing nicely
  • The Board of Trustees asked that a committee be created to bring a list of suggested names, school mascots and school colors for Board of Trustee consideration.
