(CPUC) Commission Filing - Fuel Reimbursement effective Jan 1st 2013

On September 4, 2012, Public Service Company of Colorado filed Advice Letter No. 804-Gas to revise the Firm Gas Transportation Service – Small (Schedule TFS), Firm Gas Transportation Service – Large (Schedule TFL) and Interruptible Gas Transportation Service (Schedule TI) rate schedules in the Company’s Colorado P.U.C. No. 6 – Gas tariff to update the Fuel Reimbursement Percentage from 1.27% to 1.55% effective January 1, 2013.

AND INTERRUPTIBLE GAS TRANSPORTATION TARIFFS

OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO

You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the PublicUtilities Commission of the State of Colorado changes in its Colorado P.U.C. No. 6 – Gas tariff to revisethe Firm Gas Transportation Service – Small (Schedule TFS), Firm Gas Transportation – Large(Schedule TFL) and Interruptible Gas Transportation Service (Schedule TI) rate schedules to beeffective January 1, 2013, unless suspended by the Public Utilities Commission. The Company makesthis tariff filing in accordance with the Stipulation and Agreement in Resolution of Proceeding, SectionH, approved by the Commission in Decision No. C06-0086, mailed February 3, 2006 in Docket No.05S-264G.

These proposed tariff changes only apply to Shippers and customers taking service under theCompany’s Firm and Interruptible Gas Transportation Service, Schedules TFS, TFL and TI. Theproposed revisions are to update the Fuel Reimbursement Percentage from 1.27% to 1.55% for thesethree rate schedules.

Anyone who desires may file written comments or objections to this filing. If you wish only to object to the proposed action, you may file a written objection with the Commission. The filing of a written objection by itself will not allow you to participate as a party in any proceeding on the proposed action.

The rates, rules and regulations ultimately authorized may or may not be the same as those proposed and may include rates higher or lower than those proposed or currently in effect.

The Public Utilities Commission may hold a hearing to determine what rates, rules and regulations will be authorized. If a hearing is held, the Commission may suspend the proposed rates, rules or regulations.

Members of the public may attend any hearing and may make a statement under oath about the proposed revisions, regardless of whether they have filed a written objection or request to intervene.
