ITINERARY: May 1 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Registration and Reception, Introduction of participating Clubs. Light Buffet, no host bar.

May 2 - 9:00 am - 4:00 pmConference.

6:00 pmHappy Hour and Banquet.

May 3 - 10:00 amA no host breakfast is planned for Sunday morning for those who would like to meet for one last time before departing. Location and details are being finalized and will be announced at the conference.

9:00 am - 9:30 amWelcome and introductory remarks from Calgary

9:30 am - noonTopic #1 New Look & Mission for FFI. Keynote speaker, Debbie Powell, Manager of Program Planning and Development for FFI, Followed by discussion groups

12:00 pm - 1:30 pmLunch

1:30 pm - 4:00 pmTopic #2 Economic Downturn, Effects & Coping

Topic #3 Cost of Exchanges

Coffee breaks are planned for morning and afternoon.

Registration fee $70.00 per person. Includes Friday buffet, Saturday coffee, lunch and banquet.

Home hosting for Friday and Saturday nights will be offered to as many delegates as possible on a first come first served. Hotel information is available if needed.

A combined registration form and hosting application is attached. Please complete all questions and return by the March 1 deadline with full payment.
