TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that tortoises of different species must not be kept together, and that provision must be made for keeping tortoises warm during cold and wet weather in the form of a UVB heat lamp.
- You will be asked to help the club by making a donation and by remaining in contact over progress.
- The group is to be allowed to visit any potential new homes to ensure that facilities are suitable.
- The re homer becomes a guardian of the tortoise, but ownership remains with the club, and this is acknowledged.
- If the re homer is no longer able to care for the tortoise(s). The animal(s) must be returned or in special circumstances may be re homed, but subject to the club’s written approval.
- The re homers must keep the club advised of any change of address and provide new certification as to facilities as the new address.
