14. Send Power Point presentations send notes.
15. Send out power points. (Please )
16. Please email out the power point presentations.
17. Resources for parents: ODE to provide a list of agency, contact, #, email – would be nice. Manual in a Google doc instead of paper.
20. Send Power Points by email, keep sending updates on Hubs and other changes, send request to each LICC for contact info update for 2013-14 year.

11. The information & the cross section of people/regions.
12. Hearing what is happening on state level.
13. Information about Hubs and LICCs and info on the ELD.
14. Networking, learning more about Hub applications.
15. The overview of the new early learning division.
16. Information about the relationship between EI/ECSE & the Hubs. I thought this would be more of a focus.
17. Hub info good – I think. More presentations from Regions on Hub development would have been nice. Fewer long breaks (agenda was good but could have been tighter). Nancy JD’s overview & power points – excellent. Kids were great. Great that ODE was hear in the dialogue – Nancy and Sarah, too!
18. What is happening in the State ODE organization/ELD, sharing from different counties/ESDs/providers as to how they are interacting with creating Hubs.

4. Do you have other comments/feedback you would like to share with us? N = 15
1. Thanks! And keep doing this in Bend – I think it draws people from around the state (and no, I don’t live here ).
3. I would like to hear about other communities’ child find activities. Are they positive or negative?
5. Excellent agenda! Well done. Good format.
6. It’s helpful to get together and hear what others in the state are doing.
8. Please find a different location for this meeting. Too many people crammed into small space. Great lunch – yummy!
11. Thank you.
13. I think that it would be beneficial to have a conference room w/ tables. The room is too small and it was either too hot or too cold.
14. Well organized! Thanks to Dianna and others! Thank you letter from SICC to hotel for accommodations, paper cups – not Styrofoam, Great idea to donate leftovers! Yeah for the waste reduction!
15. As a first time attender, a little background info prior to attending would have been helpful. Thanks for organizing this event & for the special event during lunch.
16. Thank you!
17. I think it’s important for us to get together. I would prefer mtg. in a district bldg. – w/ adequate space & tables. Maybe Bend School District, ESD, or the community college. This room is too small, too hot, & too stuffy. A place with more than 1 bathroom would be nice.
20. Thanks for snacks, drinks, & lunch. Include a piece of paper in folder so we can take notes, much more engaging to have individuals presenting than on video, well organized, time well used.
21. Keep room not so cold, closer to Klamath Falls.
22. Keep up the good work!
23. If possible, I would like to see more networking time included. Even some kind of networking event the evening before would be nice.
Thank you for coming - see you next year!
