2013 - Present Customer Service Supervisor in the British Council, Muscat. My main responsibilities include supervising all customer-related issues. I supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in customer service activities. I observe and evaluate workers' performance. I communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work. I make recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
