Mumm Napa Brut Presitge

Our signature cuvée, this versatile wine is sourced from more than 50 prime Napa Valley vineyards to create an infintely elegant, gorgeously balanced wine. Delicate golden peach color, tantalizing hints of melon, spice and toasty vanilla, with a crisp lingering finish. This sparkling wine has won more medals at major wine competitions than any other wine in its class.

2007 Trinchero Main Street Pinot Noir

93% Pinot Noir 7% Syrah 100% Napa Valley

Expect ripe, open flavors on the palate with strawberries, sandalwood, cola, and

earth. The nose is focused and bright, the texture is soft and generous, and the finish is long and complete. T his luscious Pinot Noir balances generous ripe black cherry and mocha aromas with cedar, spice, and vanilla. Sleek and supple on the palate, the wine is brimming with bright Bing cherry and spice with a hint of mint.

2006 Beauchemin Merlot

Traditionally, the Merlot grape has been used as a blending component in Cabernet Sauvignon. Americans, like their European contemporaries, have discovered the unique quality of California Merlot, a full bodied red wine with softer tannins that is quite enjoyable on its own. This mouthwatering Merlot, aged in oak barrels for up to two years, lends distinct aromatics of oak balanced with ample flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum. Ripe and full, truly an elegant wine from the nose to its long velvety finish. Drink now through 2011.

2007 Hayman & Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Big and rich, this is a truly expressive Napa Cabernet. Elegant, subtle, and intertwined, notes of clove, black cherry, black olive and cocoa.Soft tannins and great palate structure make this wine bold enough to accentuate Peppered Beef Filet or Skirt Steak, but restrained enough to support liter fare like Pork Tenderloin. Winemaker’s notes

2005 Signorello Cabernet Sauvignon

“92” Points from Wine Spectator

“Bold, rich and concentrated. Well-crafted, offering an intense, full-bodied mix of spice, mineral, currant and blackberry fruit that's deep, concentrated, focused and persistent, ending with a long, full, tannic and structured finish. Best from 2010 through 2017. 3,540 cases made.”

“92” Points from Wine Enthusiast

“Shows all the hallmarks of a wine that will improve with mid-term aging. The flavors leap out now, and are all about ripe, crushed blackberries, red and black currants, anise and sweet, smoky cedar. Yet there’s a tannic interference that’s a little hard and astringent. Decant, if you have to open, but should hit its stride after 2009.”
