Tenderers are to demonstrate their understanding of each of the works, including an outline of their proposed works methodology; timeframe; plant and operator requirements;and approach to traffic management.The tenderer will be responsible for managing the work and ensuring that they provide appropriate supervision, control and guidance of the works to achieve the required outcome. TIRC’s Civil Works & Town Services Manager will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the progress and completion of all three projects, as well as resolving issues that may arise during construction of the works. / Weighting
