International Training Camp
Monday, 12 Sep - Thursday, 14 Sep. / International training camp will be organized from 13 to 15September in the National Judo Training Centre in Ulaanbaatar.
The cost of the training camp is U$ 270.00 per person (full period,full board).
Sightseeing on 12thSeptember, travel to an attractive 13th Century National Park and Chinggis KhanVillagewill be offered to all the TC participants.
Competitions rules / The Tournament will be carried out according to the rules and sporting codes of the IJF. The competition system KO with quarterfinal (last 8) repechage.
Seeding of the top 8 among entered competitors according to the World Ranking list. Remainder of the draw – separation by nations.
Participation / According to the IJF rules:
Per country 4 athletes maximum per weight category
Organizing country 4 athletes maximum per weight category
Prizes / Gold Medal Winner: Medal, Diploma
Silver Medalist: Medal, Diploma
Bronze Medalist: Medal, Diploma
Ippon Trophy Men & Women: each U$1,000
Best Nations in the Medal Classification, Men and Women:
1st place: U$2000
2nd place: U$1000
3rd place: U$500 (one 3rd place).
All participants will receive the Diploma and participation Certificate.
Judogis / The competitions will be held in white and blue judogi. Judogi control according to IJF Sokuteiki Rule.
Judogi markings must be in accordance with the IJF regulations. As from the World Championships 2011 inParis, all Judogi (Jacket, Trousers and Belt) must have the IJF Official Label with an IJF optical code. All competitors must have the official IJF Back Number (ordered from The sponsor part will be provided by the organizers during accreditation.
If the Judogi of the athlete does not comply with all the specifications of the IJF, including the Back Number, the athlete will be disqualified from the tournament.

*Please note that the official hotel Bayangol must be booked exclusively through the Mongolian Judo Association on the enclosed form, or above full rates paid to organizer. Full board, transfer from/to the International airport or railway station and transportation in Ulaanbaatar concerning the tournament and the Training Camp is included.
Special invitation / For all Olympic Champions 2008 and World Champions 2011, men and women, free accommodation with full board will be provided by organizers from Thursday, 08 September through Monday 12 September 2011. (To be confirmed, possibly extended).
Accreditation / All accreditations must be collected at registration on 09 September at the hotel Bayangol between 10:00 – 18:00.
Payment / Organizing Committee will receive all payments in USD cash upon arrival in the Hotel.
Insurance / Neither the Organizers of the event, nor the Mongolian Judo Association (nor any of its officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any accident or health insurance, nor the civil liabilities arising out of your participation and traveling in connection with this tournament
Visa / For nations, who require a VISA to enter Mongolia, please send us as soon as possible (latest 21 August, 2011) a list of participants with
full names, passports numbers, date of birth and function.
Please be informed that the letter of invitation will be send by email or fax. Any other request will be charged to the federation making the application (e.g. express mail service). Countries who do not have a Mongolian Embassy or Consular office should inform the Mongolian Judo Association who will assist for a landing visa upon their arrival.
