That’s the question that was the root of an extensive, two-year research studyconducted by Moen®, the number one faucet brand in North America. The company observed consumers in their own homes, to understand what delights and frustrates them when using a pulldown faucet. The result of this comprehensive study was a thoughtful design process that led to the best possible mix of meaningful innovation and useful features for lasting value: the Reflex™ pulldown system – the best, most user-friendly experience available in a pulldown faucet.

1)Easiest Operation
Reflex works with the user’s movement; not against it – for easy, trouble-free use every time. Its resistance-free hose extends and retracts effortlessly; while its overall design is optimized for fast, uninterrupted hose return. Plus, Moen even redesigned the weight of the hose, to provide the perfect amount of retraction force, while preventing snags on under-cabinet obstructions.
2)Greatest Range of Motion
Designed for everyday life, the exceptionally flexible hose in the Reflex pulldown system responds to user movement for improved ergonomics. It also features a ball swivel joint between the hose and wand which offers a full range of motion that works naturally and effortlessly with the movement of the wrist and easily directs the flow of water from the wand.
3)User-Friendly Self-Docking Action
Finally, consumers requested a wand that would dock perfectly every time. Only Reflex returns to the docked position after use without additional assistance – no matter where it is released. The Reflex wand stays securely in place when not in use; yet extracts easily with only a gentle pull, even with just one hand. This smooth docking feature is due to perfectly matched geometries in the wand and dock; the wand is shaped to fit securely in the spout, ensuring a flawless alignment every time.
