Erection of single storey side and rear extensions (amended design to that approved under 13/02625/HSE) with alterations to bay windows and installation of cladding. Widening of existing access and driveway. 105 Oakley Lane

Removal of a hedgerow at Ganderdown Copse Winchester Road

No Objections, The clerk was instructed to request that the hedge be replaced at a suitable distance from the proposed new road, planted with native species.

This application was for internal works only. Mr Scott had been unable to visit the property prior to the committee meeting, although an appointment had been arranged for the following day. Subject to Mr Scott having no reservations, the committee had No Objections and No Comments regarding this application. This was subsequently confirmed following Mr Scott’s visit.

15/00905/RES

Reserved Matters for the erection of 310 residential units comprising 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units (including affordable housing); new access from Winchester Road (A30); a new pedestrian link from Winchester Road; internal access roads; with open space and landscaping. The Outline planning application was an EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted in support of the planning application. Land at Kennel Farm Basingstoke.

This application was for the approval of reserved matters to an existing approved outline application which bordered but was outside of the parish. The council had No Comments to make regarding this application.

15/00975/FUL

Conversion, partial demolition and erection of dwellings at Leamington Court, Andover Road, Newfound. The council agreed to pass this to Mr. Hewitt who had handled the original application and to defer the discussion until the May Planning Committee meeting.

T/00127/15/TCA

Tree works at Deane House, Deane. This application was delegated jointly to Mrs Gavin and Mr Law to handle. Subsequently Mr Law and the clerk viewed the proposals with the tree surgeon and gardener at Deane House. No Objections or Comments were noted. This was agreed at a later meeting of the planning committee and passed to the relevant borough officers.

15/01225/OUT

Hybrid application for Full planning permission for the erection of a critical treatment hospital, cancer treatment centre additional development including energy centre, service yard, link building and underground link. Helicopter landing strip and pad, associated internal roads, car parking and landscaping together with the means of access via a new roundabout on the A30. Outline planning permission for the details of siting and means of access to the site for proposed ambulance station and pathology laboratory with all other matters reserved. Land West Of Ganderdown Copse Winchester Road Dummer.

This was a full application for the proposed new hospital to be built in the parish. As the volume of material documents was large the planning committee agreed to convene an ad hoc meeting to discuss the approach to this application and return to the committee for discussion at the May meeting.
