MILANO TEAM NATIONAL FINALS 2018
This is to confirm our forthcoming trip to Stoke on Trent for the Gymnastic Milano Teams National Finals. We will be travelling via college minibus and the team will be accompanied by Ainsti Hickman-Jones (coach) and myself (chaperone).The college has agreed to fund half the costs of our journey. The cost per gymnast is £75. This will be added to your ParentPay Account – if you could please pay at your earliest convenience. If you have any concerns regarding the amount please contact me as soon as possible.

11.30pm Approx.- Arrival at Helston Community College South Site Car Park
(The young people will be asked to contact their parents once they are within 30 minutes of Helston Community College.)

YOUR CHILD WILL NEED
Cash to purchase food at the adjoining Brewers Fayre: (we will negotiate meal deals on arrival). Evening meals on the 15th, 16thand travelling home on the 17th. Breakfasts on the 16thand 17th. Lunches on the 16th and 17th.
Gym Equipment - Helston College hoodies / leotards / hair accessories as required - The girls will have buns with scrunchies for competing.
A small bag containing - Night clothes/ toiletries / changes of clothing for evening meals / clothes for travelling.
Activities to do on the bus, but please note that any electrical devices taken will be at the gymnast’s own risk.
In the event of an emergency we will be referring to the Parental Consent Form that you completed for use during this academic year, commencing September 2017. If there have been changes to any information you have submitted about your contact details or your child’s medical needs, then please request a replacement form from reception. This must be submitted prior to the visit.
