Characters
Haytham Cormac/ Young Haytham, Serious with a joy side, the shadow and at points fun young man. He is a middle class person who does not attract the girl’s attention but at the same time is not despised by them, He wants to follow his own path of growing up and is not afraid to bring down full on corrupted leaders.
Middle Aged Haytham, Older Wise version of Haytham who has the life he really wanted.
Hunter Cormac/ Young Hunter, At the beginning he is a caring and friendly boy later he is a showoff, full on ladies’ man, believes he needs to be the best and the one who has the full attention. The cool looking little brat who betrays his brothers trust.
Draco Cormac/ Young Draco, The Evil older brother that believes if you're not in his league or do not believe in his ways he would tease, torture, and beat to prove he is the alpha and the victim is his servant. Combination of both strength, combat, wiseness .and the coolest looking out of all of them
Liam Cormac/ Young Liam Follower of Draco, Has the muscles but not as much brains as His family, He is the attractive one in the family but still manages to get the ladies due to him being upper class but is well respected for being associated and close to Draco.
Eobard Cormac/ Young Eobard Follower of Draco, more brains than muscle, semi good looks, Master strategist and believes his brothers and ham the best thing to happen to this world.
Balthazar Cormac, Father of all the Cormac children, leads The Red Dragon Modern Samurai clan clan believes all of his kids need to be the best but shunned Haytham for not being more involved with the training and knowledge of the ways of the Samurai, to him Haytham is a disgrace. The father with too high expectations.
Lilith Cormac, wife of Balthazar. Mother of all Cormac children, stuck up brat loyal to the Red Dragon, Has little to no faith in.
AmauraAuditor, Fearless ninja of The Nightshade ninja clan, who cares about her fellow ninjas and later becomes Hotham’s wife.
Middle Aged Amara, Older and wiser version who is living the good life
Maddie Solomon, EX fiancé of Haytham, Alpha girl, two faced and power hungry
Master Luke Davenport, Leader of The Nightshade ninja clan, cares about his students but strict to them because he wants them to be fearless and show no pain but shows sympathy towards Amara and Hunter.

ACT 1 SCENE 1
The audience is greeted by a middle aged man walking on the stage in a black cloak. He turns toward the audience and sits down in a chair right in front of them.
MIDDLE AGED HAYTHAM
I have kept reliving this long tale in my mind for so long, and I believe talking about it to other people might get rid of the recurring memory.” I will start at the beginning., I was the youngest Cormac in my family, we were rich, and my family ruled the town of Spencer. They were the family I never wanted; they used to beat on me and torture me. “But instead of just explaining everything to you by talking, how bout I show you.”
(Fog rolls in as Middle aged Haytham walks away into the curtains)
Middle AGED HAYTHAM
This is the story of my ascension.
(The voices of laughter and pain fills the stage/ Outside of the Cormac Mansion then enters young Haytham who had been pushed to the ground by his three older who now enter the scene).
YOUNG DRACO
Come on little girl! Get up and fight me. We will even give you a free shot
(Haytham gets up and runs towards his brother. Draco punches Haytham in the face, and he falls straight to the ground, hard, the brothers pick him up and throw him to the ground and kick him everywhere.)
YOUNG DRACO
Oops have you forget no free shots!
(Haytham is still moaning in pain. Draco then stands him back up and grabs him by the neck, Haytham’s eyes are facing the ground.)
YOUNG DRACO
Look at me freak show!
(Haytham still looks down at the ground. Draco gets madder at him and slaps him in the face then knees him in the stomach, Haytham goes down to his knees and finally looks up to Draco.)
YOUNG DRACO
Good, you dirty pig!
(Draco stares at him then proceeds to speak.)
YOUNG DRACO
You ever try to stand up to me or attempt to fight me again, I will take my sword and cut off your balls do you understand!?
(Haytham nods and The brothers walk away but Draco roundhouse kicks Haytham which lead to him back on the ground again.)
YOUNG EOBARD
You are just pain to everyone around you, your friends, your family, and yourself.
YOUNG LIAM
Yeah if I were you, I would just kill myself slowly and painfully to know the feelings on how we all feel about you.
(Both brothers laughed while saying)
YOUNG EOBARD AND LIAM
Hahahahahhaha please kill yourself hahahahaha please kill yourself!
(They leave the scene still laughing. Then enters Hunter.)
YOUNG HUNTER
Haytham! What happened to you?
YOUNG HAYTHAM
You know, the usual. Draco knows best at The Cormac Mansion.
YOUNG HUNTER
I do not know why they always feel the need the need to always do this to you.
YOUNG HAYTHAM
It’s because I am different from all of you, to them, I am God’s failed and probably worst creation yet.
YOUNG HUNTER
Don’t say that ever again you know what I always tell you God made us all for a reason but the real question is what reason?
YOUNG HAYTHAM
You’re right.
(Hunter helps Haytham up then reaches in his pocket for something)
YOUNG HAYTHAM
What are you doing?
(Hunter pulls out a pocket knife that he made with Haytham’s name engraved in it)
YOUNG HUNTER
This is for you because you are the best brother I have ever had.
(Haytham turns to look at him and smiles)
YOUNG HAYTHAM
Thanks best bro.
(They Hug and leave the scene. The stage turns black and as the crew is setting for a new scene behind the curtain when Old Haytham steps out. Haytham looks at his watch.)
YOUNG HAYTHAM
I have to go.
YOUNG HUNTER
Why?
YOUNG HAYTHAM
I have a meeting with my friends
YOUNG HUNTER
Maybe I could if I join them meeting. Your friends are awesome and I would love to be associated with you guys.
YOUNG HAYTHAM
I don’t know if that is a good idea Hunter.
YOUNG HUNTER
Oh come on little bro
YOUNG HAYTHAM
Well since you are the only family that I can trust, come along.
(exit Haytham and Hunter)
ACT 1 SCENE 2
(curtain opens to Haytham standing ashamed in the living room, then enters Balthazar.)
BALTHAZAR
You little bastardo!
(Balthazar punches Haytham in the stomach and throws him to the ground.)
BALTHAZAR
You dare go against me boy!?
HAYTHAM
Yes, father I do because, I have been tortured my whole life and what I do frees me from that burden
(Balthazar grabs Haytham by the neck.)
BALTHAZAR
You know it is forbidden to learn in those whys but, I will give you a very strict second chance I will tone down your brother’s behavior but don’t fully consider they will show mercy. You must practice in our ways and go to Spencer university or I will kill you and your friends!
(Haytham nods and Balthazar releases him.)
HAYTHAM
Why are the ways of the ninja forbidden?
BALTHAZAR
You are not worthy enough to know that or anything else about us!
(Exits Balthazar and enters Lilith and Hunter.)
LILITH
Trust me son you will enjoy our ways of teachings and maybe we will be proud of you
(exits Lilith.)
HUNTER
You mock are family traitor. You may have us at bay but I will still have my laughs here and there
(exits hunter. Curtain closes.)
ACT 1 SCENE 3
(curtain opens to a group of ninja under a black light and Master Luke is not but heard.)
MASTER LUKE
What is the update
ARNO
Haytham is banished from our meeting and from spying him at his mansion that night he is to follow his family's path or he will be granted death to him and to us and he will attend Spencer university in the future.
MASTER LUKE
Keep a little distance from him we need him alive and your other task is attending Spencer university to make sure he is in good hands.
ARNO
Yes, master.
(stage turns dark and renters middle aged Haytham.)
MIDDLE AGED HAYTHAM
Hunter and I had a good childhood life but, after that night He became more and more like my other brothers so Istayed away from him. I met up with friends at school but I don’t mention that night to them. I then started practicing the ways of my family, over the months my brothers toned down the torture and my parents started to be satisfied with me as I acted to fully be in favor of their views. During these dark times I met a lovely girl named Maddie Zolomon, and she was one of the best things to happen in my life. All of my brothers tried to take her from me, but she never left me. After leaving the Cormac mansion, I was forced to go to Spencer University where I surprisingly met up with my friends again along with two new ones who were all connected to the nightshade ninja clan.
(Middle aged ` Haytham leaves the scene and we are greeted to Haytham graduating college)
ACT 1 SCENE 4
ARNO
Haytham may man we did it!
HAYTHAM
Yeah man. Now we enter the true world.
(Haytham then sees his parents and Hunter. He leaves Arno for a little bit.)
LILITH
Congratulations honey! You have achieved our dream for you.
HAYTHAM
Um, thanks mom.
BALTHAZAR
Son, we have some news for you when you get back home.
HAYTHAM
Why not just tell me now?
LILITH
Well, we don’t have time because our # 1 Hunter is late for his Samurai training.
HAYTHAM
Oh okay Bye.
HUNTER, LILITH AND BALTHAZAR
Bye
(Arno walks over to Haytham)
ARNO
What was that all about?
HAYTHAM
My evil parents and that bastardo
ARNO
It is a shame that he has turned against us. I remember he was a nice kid once, and I just thought he was to cool to hang out with. I really thought he would stay good, but after you brought him to the meeting about believing in the ways of the ninja and not in the traditional ways of the samurai, he turned on us. He couldn’t support us knowing that it is forbidden to your family. The little twerp went rogue and therefore became just like Draco and the rest.
HAYTHAM
Yep I thought he was on my side, trying to find a new life outside of all this family drama. I was wrong. For my whole life, my family hated me because they could not accept me being my own person. After that night when Hunter ratted us out, my dad forced me into the ways of the samurai. Throughout those years, I pretended to be someone I was not.
ARNO
You're still the same and that is all that matters.
HAYTHAM
Thanks, Arno
ARNO
So what are you going to do now?
(Haytham looks over Arno’s shoulder to see Maddie smiling and waiting at him.)
HAYTHAM
I am going to finally propose to Maddie tonight
ARNO
Dude that is great I wish the best of luck to you
HAYTHAM
Thanks man. what are you doing tonight?
ARNO
Connor, Jacob, Edward, and I are going to the nightclub to have some exotic fun with the ladies.
HAYTHAM
Enjoy man.
ARNO
Thanks.
(Exits Arno. Haytham runs over to the happy and excited Maddie who has come see her man graduate)
MADDIE
Congratulations sweet face!
HAYTHAM
Thanks babe. When did you get here?
MADDIE
Just now, I apologize that I was a little late. The traffic coming here was horrible.
HAYTHAM
Yeah I heard.
MADDIE
I remember when we first met, I was our first year of high school. You asked me out the summer after 9th grade. Now look at you, you graduated college and you’re finally free to live the way you want, that is if your parents will let you. [Her comment here seems a bit out of the blue...maybe he could say something alluding to when they first met or something]
HAYTHAM
Yeah, but they probably would not care because they have Hunter around and all the other twerps to deal with.
MADDIE
I cannot stand Hunter with his horrible ego and attitude. I also hate how he keeps trying to get me me to betray you.
HAYTHAM
Hopefully I won’t see him for a long time after tonight.
MADDIE
So, what are you considering for the future? Maybe getting a wife and 6 kids.
(Maddie winks at Haytham)
HAYTHAM
The first part yes, and the second no. I am not having 6 kids.
(They Both laugh)
MADDIE
Haytham - when are you going to put a ring on my finger?
HAYTHAM
I will one day.
MADDIE
(Feeling a bit hopeless)
So where are you taking me tonight?
HAYTHAM
The Olive Garden.
MADDIE
Yum!
HAYTHAM
I will see you at 7 babe.
MADDIE
See ya love ya!
HAYTHAM
Love you, too.
(They kiss and exits Maddie. Arno enters out of the briefly and gives him thumbs up to Haytham then exits. Stage turns black and the curtains close.
ACT 1 SCENE 5
(Curtains opens to Haytham and Maddie near the end of their dinner.)
MADDIE
This was some good pasta! Did you enjoy your pasta, too?
HAYTHAM
I sure did.
(Becoming a bit more nervous)
Maddie, there is something I have to ask you.
MADDIE
What is it?
(Haytham stands up and walks over to Maddie, He kneels down and pulls out a ring. Maddie fills with joy.)
HAYTHAM
Maddie, will you marry me?
(Maddie filled with joy)
MADDIE
Yes, I will!
(Maddie and Haytham kiss and then the curtain closes.)
ACT 1 SCENE 6
(Haytham then returns home after taking Maddie home to find out the family new.) → this is unclear here
BALTHAZAR
You have made us so proud over the years, and you are to now to become a part of The Red Dragon clan like the rest of us and finally learn our secrets.
HAYTHAM
I am sorry dad, but no! I tire from all of this crap you and everyone else has put upon me! All of you have crucified me for most of my life and I can’t take it, so I am leaving with Maddie and live a new life!
(Haytham exits, and Balthazar walks over to Hunter.)
BALTHAZAR
You know what must be done. Haytham must die for he is a traitor. Maddie is better off with you, man of power who is nothing like Haytham.
(Everyone nods at Hunter to kill Haytham.)
HUNTER
I will do it
(Hunter exits the house to kill Haytham. Curtain closes.)
ACT 1 SCENE 7
(Curtain reopens to Haytham sitting on a park bench and Hunter walks up to him.)
HAYTHAM
Hunter go home!
HUNTER
I will after I’ve fulfill my obligations to father!
(Hunter and Haytham fight for a minute until Hunter cuts Haytham’s face. He then stabs him in the stomach with the knife dipped in poison, which sends Haytham to the ground.)
HUNTER
Trying to hold on to your life I see. The hold will not last long. I always hated you because you were a traitor since the day you were born. You are nothing, you never were anything at all. Oh and don’t worry about Maddie - I will take her off your hands.
HAYTHAM
(Struggling and in pain)
One day I will return and kill you all!
(Hunter laughs.)
