MOBILE POTTERY STUDIO PARTY INFORMATION
There are two ways to plan a pottery event. The first, is to choose items that we have in stock currently. If you choose this way, you just pick the pieces you would like, pick the date and place. We provide you with all you need to paint your pottery: brushes, palettes, cups for water, color charts, stencils and glazes. You only pay for what you paint.
The second way is to look through our supplier catalog and pick something to order. Orders for specific pottery that is NOT in stock will require payment in advance. We need approximately one week to order and receive the items. Check, Credit Card, Cash or PayPal are accepted. Orders will not be placed until payment has been received. Orders are non-refundable, although credit may be applied for a future purchase. Orders take approximately one week to get in.
Do-It-Yourself parties will be delivered at a mutually agreed upon time/date. All instructions will be discussed at that time. Kits are allowed out for 2 days, unless special arrangements are made for longer times. We will pick up the kit at a mutually agreed time/date. All kits must be returned as delivered. Brushes/cups/palettes should be cleaned and brushes stored tip up. Our supplies are precious to us, so we ask that you treat them gently! Pottery, once dry, can be placed back in the box they arrived in. If you choose this option, you only pay the price of each piece plus tax. Delivery is free within 10 miles (I-25 and Hampden), and a minimum $100 order. Smaller orders may incur a delivery charge, or may be picked up from our location for free! Delivery charges may apply for locations beyond the 10 miles.
Parties with assistance are charged a one-time $50 fee. This includes delivery, set up and one hour of paint time guidance, clean up. Longer times can be arranged at $25/hr. Parties must begin at agreed upon time, if it is a birthday party, painting is done first, then any other activity you may have planned can be done while we clean up the pottery!
Individual paint kits can be requested and picked up anytime! Either order or choose from in-stock. Kits can be personalized to fit your needs!
