Meeting:Planning Commission Meeting

Place: Enterprise City Office

Present: Planning Commission Members: Laurie Amos, Ammon Carter and Ben Cope. City Council: City Council Member Jared Bollinger. City Staff: City Administrator Adam Bowler andPlanning Commission Clerk Merri Lee Colvin. Others: Thomas Dillon Cox, Treasa Cox, Victoria Amos, Richard Standage and Reid Cope.

Absent: Planning Commission Members Jared Moody and Bret Bowler.

Welcome: Planning Commission ChairmanBen Cope welcomed everyone to Planning Commission Meeting and excused Planning Commission Members Jared Moody and Bret Bowler.

Minutes: A motion to approve the Planning Commission Meeting minutes from February8, 2016, as amended,was made by Planning Commission MemberAmmon Carter and seconded by Planning Commission Member Laurie Amosand unanimously approved.

City Council Report: City Administrator Adam Bowler reported that the City Council is considering revising the master plan for the park. There should be a vote on the issue at the City Council meeting tomorrow night.

Mr. Bowler also explained that it has been some time since there has been any training for the City Council and Planning Commission. He is working to see if he can get a training meeting with URMMA scheduled.

PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS:

Item 1: Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation Business – Auto Glass Repair/Replacement located at79 West 200 South, Enterprise – Thomas Dillon Cox applicant.Mr. Cox explained that he would like a business license in order to operate a mobile auto glass repair business. He stated that he will travel to his customers so he shouldn’t have any traffic at his house. Mr. Cox said that he might store some supplies at his house. After a short discussion Planning Commission Member Laurie Amosmade a motion to approve a conditional use permitfor a home occupation business – Auto Glass Repair/Replacement located at 79West 200 South, Enterprise –Thomas Dillon Cox, applicant, as long as the applicant follows the home occupation ordinance. The motion was seconded by Planning Commission Member Ammon Carter and unanimously approved.

As it was determined that there was no further business to conduct, the Planning Commission Meeting was adjourned.

The next meeting is scheduled for June7, 2016 at 7:00 PM.
