MEET INFO:

The HYCAT @ Charleston swimmers are eligible to swim all five (5) individual events and the swimmers were entered in ALL 5 events according to the USA Swimming IMX rules unless the swimmer specifically requested to swim selected

events.

The entries were prepared by Philipp Davydotchkin!! ALL swimmers were entered in their 2012-2013 LTB times unless the swimmer has not competed in a specific event in which case the swimmer was entered in “NT” (NO TIME). Swimmers that did not enter the meet “on time” were entered in “NT” (NO TIME).

The HYCAT Coaching Staff would like {wants} ALL HYCAT swimmers {and parents to participate} to wear HYCAT logo swimwear ONLY at the meet!!! If not, you may wear USA Swimming logo items w/HYCAT Coach approval OR wear a plain t-shirt or sweatshirt! A HYCAT team suit {solid navy blue} and HYCAT team cap is REQUIRED of ALL HYCAT swimmers, both “Recreational/Developmental” and “Competitive!!!”

The HYCAT Coaching Staff would like to “see” ALL swimmers BEFORE and AFTER they swim their events! Again, Tom Plemons (HYCAT coach from Clarksburg) will be attending the meet. See Tom BEFORE you see/talk to your parents!

The HYCAT Coaching Staff would like very much for the swimmers to give their “very best effort” and swim the events that they have been entered in the meet. We ask that the parents support & encourage their child(ren) to compete in the events that the swimmer has been entered = THANK YOU!!!

The HYCAT Coaching Staff EXPECTS that ALL swimmers will participate in the warm-ups as outlined on pages #1-2, including the youngest swimmers! As outlined, the “stretching” program is OPTIONAL but the HYCAT Coaching Staff strongly recommends/encourages the swimmers to participate in this program to “fully” warm-up before their events!
