ITU-T SG 12 would like to thank you for forwarding us the related deliverables produced by the Focus Group on Digital Financial Services. We would like to inform you that, during our September meeting, we have started a new work item G.DFS “QoS and QoE Aspects of Digital Financial Services”. The scope of this work consists of converting the report from FG DFS on QoS and QoE into a draft new Recommendation, and also identifying relevant KPIs and KQIs and develop DFS application scenarios including interconnection aspects.
