MD Fabrication (UK) Ltd is a small LOCAL privately owned company offering a personal
in house manufacturing service of all types of Windows. Doors, Porches, all styles of Conservatories/Roofs and the associated building work
We use the 70mm DURAFLEX Diamond Suite profile which has a ThermalReinforcing to give a maximum U-Value ,It is available in a large range of foiled and colored PVC-u. It’s a first class profile system resulting from many years expertise and testing within the double-glazing industry.
The double glazed units we use consist of internal 4 mm Low E glass,20mm warm edge spacer, with argon gas and 4mm external low Iron glass . This produces a unit that is Rated at 1.1 U-value , withthe thermal insulated frame equates to “A “ Rated Window
Our Windows are fitted with Maco “M”-Spag Multilocking system, Two shootbolts,Three roller cams,security hinges and off- set white(or colour)locking handles. On our doors we use the 5 point locking system consisting of two hooks,dead bolt ,two roller cams and 3D flag hinges all are fully reinforced.
Aligned with over thirty years hands on experience; all frames are fully custom made in our Ferndown Factory offering a full C.A.D conservatory drawing service to your specification and design. We do NOT buy in ready-made window frames.
We are a fully Certified FENSA and BFRCcompany and apart from our own, a full TEN-YEAR independent insurance Backed Guarantee by GGFi Ltd is included.
