Participants who undertake the LGBT Leadership Programme are eligible to receive endorsement from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) on successful completion. To be considered for accreditation, the full programme must be completed.

Course Dates:

The course will be delivered over a total of 5.5 days, which include two blocks of two consecutive days of training, which are Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th October and Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th November 2017, and three half days (the dates of which will be confirmed closer to the time.)

Cancellation Policy:

Birmingham LGBT reserves the right to invoice any participants who have been accepted onto the course and do not attend the programme for the dates of training provided without adequate notice of cancellation, for 75% of the total course fee. The Cancellation Policy will be sent with confirmation; it is also available on request.

Our objectives are to raise awareness of the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) people in Birmingham and beyond, to advocate for their needs to the wider community and to promote opportunities to LGBT people in Birmingham and beyond to enable them to fully participate in the lives of their community. http://www.blgbt.org/
