Our bible bowl gospel showcase events have7 – 90 minute game show “segments”that include a 30 – minute onstage gospel performance by an individual or group followed by a 30 – minute onstage presentation to announceand award 57 – $10.00 door prizesto attending guests who’ve entered their ticketstub into our door prize drawing. The final 30 – minutes of our game show concludes with ourhost(ess) introducing andinteracting with 3 contestants on stage answering questionsasked on the bible.

21 contestants ages 6+ compete in our BBGS events @ 3 contestants per game and 7 games per event. Only one contestant from their non-profit organization can participate. Contestants are given 56 bible bowl tickets to raise up to $1000 towards their own scholarship fund at $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 per ticket donation. Each contestant receives a $25 gift card/certificate from 19 business sponsors totaling $475. With a total of 400 business sponsors, at a cost of $50 per business = $20,000 with a bible bowl budget of 30% = $6,000.00 there’s no cost/charge for guests to attend the BBGS event free.

  1. Bible bowl director setsthe Bible Bowldate, time and facility locationandprint and distribute flyers for business sponsorships and tickets for scholarship fund through contestants’ guest donations.
  2. Have contestants prepare for their bible bowl game by studying and attending classes.
  3. Contact volunteers needed for ushering duties and availability at the event.
  4. Check display area for number of corporate sponsorships package distribution for tables/booths.
  5. Start printing your bible bowl programs when you have all your corporate and business sponsors fees for the event to be distributed at the event to attending guests.
  6. After receiving corporate sponsorships start promoting bible bowl event on the radio.
  7. Pay facility rental fee and order bible bowl equipment rental after receiving sponsorship fees from businesses 3 days prior to be ready for service on event date.
  8. Check bible bowl equipment and software with game show host(ess) and audio/video technicians.
  9. Rehearse bible bowl event with bible bowl team including on screen banner displays prior to the event.

BBGS Budgetary Information

The BBGS is a free event for all to attend at no cost. Contestants raise funds towards their scholarships through tickets donations. The BBGS may or may not make a profit. As aforementioned, the BBGS costs around $5,000.00 on average. Listed below are the costs, expenses, fees and incomes associated with the BBGS:

Incomes associated with having a BBGS event are in black whereas disbursements are in red:

  • $6,000.00 in business sponsorships
  • $630.00+ as a percentage = 10.71428% of ticket donations per contestant

$6,630.00 in total income available for BBGS budget

  • $1,000.00+ in facility rental fees for hosting the event
  • $1,000.00+ in bible bowl equipment costs for buzzers, boxes, games, software (etc.)
  • $700.00bonus to bible bowl director @ $100.00 @ 7 coordinators
  • $600.00 printing costs: 1176-tickets, 500+-programs/flyers, 21-applications/rules @ .20
  • $525.00 bonus to 7 bible bowl coordinators @ $75.00 per coordinator
  • $350.00 stipend to 7 bible bowl hosts @ $50.00 per host
  • $250.00 other costs (printing-kits, manuals, cards, brochures) and fees and expenses
  • $240.00 stipend to 2 bible bowl technicians (audio/video) @ $10.00 per hour @ 12 hours

Bible Bowl Facility Hosting

The bible bowl director shall contactfacilities that provide a site and date to host the event on a weekly or monthly basis to cover the costs associated with the facility rental. Hosting facilities must or should have the following amenities:

  • Sound system in place
  • Separate Male/Female restrooms areas
  • Ample guest parking spaces
  • Tables and vendors’ booth space for corporate sponsors
  • Let down screen for video banner display
  • 100+ seating capacity
  • Stage with curtains if available
  • If available, audio and video specialists for gameshow software

Community Service Agent (CSA)

CSAs make radio commercials for their bible bowl directors’ eventsthroughtheircorporate sponsorswho pay $100 up to $2500. Besides radio commercials, corporate sponsors are entitled to table top booth display areas, on screen business banners, guests ticket information and program headlines.

Bible Bowl Director (BBD)

BBDs are responsible for recruiting and scheduling training of their bible bowl coordinators (BBC) to manage a bible bowl game from start to finish or 90 minutes. BBDs are not required to attend the bible bowl events (BBE) but make sure their BBCs are well trained and equipped to manage their event. BBDs can manage up to 7 BBC per BBE and can manage 49 up to 343 BBEs. BBDs other responsibilities will include but not limited to ordering bible bowl equipment per BBC specific gameshow; ordering 1,176 – BB tickets per BBC for their BBE;plus assign corporate sponsors that they or their CSA have added to their BBE.

Bible Bowl Coordinator (BBC)

BBC are recruited and trained by their BBD using our bible bowl manuals and power point presentations. BBC manage their 90 – minute bible bowl game (BBG) that’s further divided into (3) 30 minute segments as follows:

  1. Prelude–30-minute onstage gospel performance by an individual or group with sales of tapes available at their table booth area. Also volunteer ushers shall receive BB ticket stubs from incoming attending guests for awarding $10 door prize drawings from 57 business sponsors.
  2. Interlude – 30-minute onstage announcement by the BBC welcoming all attending and non-attending guests via video or live stream to their BBG; BBCs announce 57 – $10 door prize guest winners selected randomly to go to your Rejoice table to receive their special prize; announce opportunity for new contestants, coordinators, sponsors to see you at your table at the end of the BBG; altar call for those seeking to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
  3. Postlude – 30-minute onstage gameshow with host(ess) introducing 3 contestants to participate in our bible bowl game using our bible bowl equipment and question categories to determine the winner.

Bible Bowl Game Show Host(ess) (BBH)

BBH are responsible for familiarizing themselves with using the bible bowl equipment and software for inputting their questions into the software program to be displayed on screen during the contest. BBH start by introducing their 3 participating contestants to answer the following BBG questions categories during their 30-minute onstage.These are the 10 question categories from which they will choose:

  1. Name that Scripture – name the book, chapter and verse to a given bible scripture
  2. Find this Scripture – verbally find a book, chapter and verse in the bible
  3. Bible Names – answer with names mentioned in the bible
  4. Letters & Numbers – answer with letters or numbers mentioned in the bible
  5. Question on the Bible – select multiple choice answers
  6. Mystery – answer with who, what or where am I in the bible
  7. True or False – agree or disagree with answer on a question in the bible
  8. Fill in the Blank – answer the blank in the bible verse question
  9. Bible Spelling – spell words found only in the bible
  10. What’s Happening – explain what a scripture is talking about in a bible passage

Bible Bowl Contestants

Each contestant is given 56 BB tickets to invite family, friends and others to attend the BBE free plus make a $5, $10, or $20 donation towards their scholarship fundraiser of $250 - $1000 and the costs of the BBE. Contestant must or should prepare for the BBE by attending bible study at their church including Sunday or Sabbath school or bible band. All BB tickets stubs shall be used for advertising and promotional purposes by all commercial and corporate business sponsors.

  • 6 – 8 year olds play bible squares, our version of tic-tac-toe with a show host(ess) and 3 Christian comedians representing one contestant each as either an (X) an (O)or (+) in a true/false questions and answers format. Each contestant takes turns agreeing or disagreeing with their Christian comedian who hams it up for the audience. The contestant that creates a tic-tac-toe wins and another game begins with time remaining. The contestant that wins the most games or has the most correct answers is declared the overall winner.
  • 8 – 10 year olds play bible beat, our version of beat the clock wherein contestants one at a time take turn reciting all 66 books of the bible in the shortest time possible. Next contestants unscramble a 5 – letter word found in the bible. Finally, contestants verbally find a bible scripture by book, chapter and verse. The contestant that took the least amount of time overall shall be declared the winner.
  • 10 – 12 year olds play bible bee, our version of a spelling bee wherein contestants one by one have 10 seconds to correctly spell words found in the bible in order to receive a score of 5 points per letter. Contestants have 15 seconds to answer point valued survey questions on the bible. Finally, contestants must answer either true or false to questions on the words they’ve just spelled for an additional 5 points to their score. The contestant with the highest score is declared the winner.
  • 12 – 14 year olds play bible puzzler, our version of wheel of fortune wherein contestants take turn answering point valued questions on the bible thereby selecting an alphabet within the puzzle. Contestants must give correct answers for solving the puzzle then select an alphabet which may or may not appear in the puzzle. If the alphabet does not appear in the puzzle or if a contestant gives an incorrect response to an answer or fail to solve the puzzle, then the next contestant will have an opportunity to spin our wheel of bible questions for their (in)/correct response. Contestants that solve the puzzles keep their points and the contestant with the most points is declared the winner.
  • 14 – 16 year olds play bible mystery, our version of who, where and what am I. Contestants must solve 3 mysteries of a mysterious person, place and thing found in the bible. A dramatic reenactment of the bible shall be done by performers on stage wherein contestants must listen very carefully to clues to solve the mystery. The contestant solving the most mysteries is declared the winner.
  • 16 – 18 year olds play bible banking, our version of banking type games wherein contestants answer point valued questions on the bible in order to keep or bank their points or risk all or none of their points on the following question. Contestants that keep their points lose their turn on the next question but contestants risking their points are asked the next question. The contestant with the most points is declared the winner.
  • Open – 18+years old play bible jeopardy, our version of jeopardy wherein contestants answer point valued bible questions and are awarded the points with each correct response but are deducted the points with each incorrect response. Point values are doubled for round 2 and points are wagered in a final question asked in round 3. The contestant with the most points is declared the winner.

  • $50.00 – on a maximum of 400 local business sponsors= 20,000.00 in funds with a 30% budget = $6,000.00. Sponsors on this level shall receive the following benefits:

  • $50.00 towards sponsoring a bible bowl contestant
  • Publicly award additional door prize valued at $10.00 to a randomly chosen guest in attendance.

Besides our BBGS event, join our CSBCN by completing a free membership application to start your very own community resource center (CRC)free of charge. Your CRC raises funds for scholarships, special vouchers, gift cards and certificates through our purchase rebate program (PRP) and professional discount services (PSP). Your CRC also comes with an income opportunity as a community resource officer and representative (CROAR).

Purchase Rebate Program

Bible bowl coordinators reward their CRC with the 15 bible bowl business sponsors that our CSBCN reward theirbible bowl directors. CROARs earn up to a 30% rebateon 3 – 14% of purchases made by members of your CRCthrough participating businesses in our PRP. All members receive up to a 50%rebateon 3 – 14% of purchases made by their referrals towards funding scholarships, special vouchers, gift certificates and cards.

Professional Discount Service

Also as our CROAR, you are entitled to receive an additional 5% rebate on services provided by professionals to members of your CRC in our PSP plus all members receive up to a 20% discount off their services.

Gospel Pearl Referral Program

Our referral program helpgrow our CSBCN through our purchase rebate program’s general fund by funding our members’ CRC for generating referral leads for our CROARs from $0.25 - $1.00 per each new membership.

Paid Partnership Programs

Our paid partnership program includes our total package financial solution compensation plan and retirement fund for only our CROARS, businesses and professionals at an initial investment cost of $50.00 per month. As our new community service agent (CSA), you’llhave a 30% CSBCN budget to promote our community programs, services and events from$855.00 up to $6,000.

Rejoice on the Radio “Hour of Power”

As a CSA, your first duty involves hosting our Rejoice on the Radio “hour of power” program on your local radio station with abudget of $855.00 up to $6,000.00. Your radio program may beprerecorded/taped and divided into 4 – 13 minute segments with 3 commercial spots for 5 – 20 second per business sponsored ads = 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds for a grand total commercial time of 5 minutesas follows:

  1. Intro followed by Let the“Bible Bowl”Games Begin segment including other announcements by the CSA.
  2. Intro followed by TeenXtreMe segment involving Christian teens serving God in a secular world.
  3. Intro followed by Communities’ Opportunities segment by the CSA inviting new members to join Rejoice.
  4. Intro followed by Ministering in Today’s Marketplace segment business roundtable forum discussion.

Free Pass Partnership Program

Professional Service Providers (PSP) are paid to provide free services to partners through our CSBCN on a daily or monthly basis. PSPs are trainers, tutors, teachers, therapists, instructors and certain practitioners.

Dr.’s Choice Wellness Program

Practitioners in the health care profession are paid to provide a 12 – month health care monitoring service to partners who want to monitor their blood pressure, heart rate, weight, cholesterol, waist/dress size,meal/menu planning for caloric and fat intake with weight management systems, medicine and drug interaction with health supplements and other non-evasive basic health services that does not replace a patient – doctor relationship.
