Break Time / Conditions of Entry
1.Meet is approved by the South Eastern Swimming Association (SESA) and Swimming NSW Limited.
2.Meet will be conducted under the rules of Swimming Australia and Swimming NSW.
3.Age as at11th November2017. Events will be conducted as timed finals. Events may be conducted as mixed-gender events.
4.Athletes that enter 25m events are ineligible to enter the 50m, 100m and/or 200m events of the same stroke and 200m Individual Medley.
5.Swimmers may enter one Choice Event only (Boys 91, 93, 95 and Girls 92, 94 96). Entries will be withdrawn and fees refunded if a swimmer enters more than one Choice event.
6.Medals will be awarded to the first three place getters in all events, except in 10/under 25m and 50m events with medals awarded to the first three place getters in 6/under, 7, 8, 9 and 10 years age groups. Participation ribbons to all 8/under non-place getters in 25m and 50m events. An athlete that has swum an entry time faster than or equal to the break time will compete as an Exhibition swimmer and will be ineligible for medals.
No awards for time trials.
7.A Qualifying Time (QT) has been applied to events 97, 98 99 &100. The QT is 5.30.00 and is based on the Swimmers 400m Freestyle Time. Swimmers entering the 400m, 800m & 1500m events must supply Timekeepers.
8.The meet director reserves the right to amend the program of events and conditions of entry as required.
9.$1 entry feeto be paid to Leisure Centre Staff on entry by all. Free Parking.
10.All clubs will be asked to supply
time keepers.
11.Swim Club BBQ will be running.
12.Meet programs will be available for purchase on the day.
13.Entries close once the timeline has reached four hours or Sunday 5th November 2017if the limit is not reached prior.
14.Entry fee $5 per event.
