I hope everyone had a great 2015 and we look forward to working with you in 2016!! Thank you for your continuous support to the Kentucky Jailers Association.
This year we will be at a new hotel, the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville. The hotel is beautiful and meets all of our needs for a successful conference. You will be receiving all information for your exhibit needs from the hotel in the near future. They will also be on our KJA web site: .
Again this year we will be doing level sponsorships. We think this has worked well recently and are hopeful to include more of you this year as sponsors. You are a tremendous asset to our conference. It is you that makes our conferences great!
Here are the sponsorship levels:
PLATINUM: $5,000 and UP
One (FREE) Prime booth space – PLUS one (1) free additional representative ($150 savings)
Multiple individual signs throughout the conference area and at the registration desk.
GOLD: $2,500 - $4,999
Prime booth space
Multiple individual signs throughout the conference area, signs at even sponsored and numerous times in the conference booklet
SILVER: $1,000 - $2,499
Prime booth space
Recognition numerous times in the conference booklet and signs at event sponsored.
BRONZE: $500 - $999
Name in the conference booklet at least 3 times and signs at each event sponsored.
Platinum Events: Monday Night Event – Belle of Louisville – Dinner & 2 hour ride
Sole Sponsor - $10,000 or Co-Sponsor - $5,000
Wednesday Luncheon
Sole Sponsor - $10,000 or Co-Sponsor - $5,000
Wednesday Night – Banquet
Sole Sponsor - $12,000 or Co-Sponsor - $6,000
Thursday Luncheon
Sole Sponsor - $9,000 or Co-Sponsor - $4,500

Bronze Events: Coffee & Teas – Monday thru Thursday- $1,000 each morning
Tuesday night has again been set aside for the vendors to take their clients to dinner, with hospitality afterwards. (WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE CLIENTS OUT WHEN WE HAVE AN ACTIVITY PLANNED)
We will need hospitality roomsponsors for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights. This entails a free hospitality room, signs at registration, and individual sponsorship for the night you sponsor. President Simpson will also announce the sponsors during training each day.
ALSO, we are asking this year that all sponsorship monies be paid in full by May 15th, as well as your registration fees. This is in order for us to get yourcompany’s name in the conference booklet and prepare your booth locations.
We think this summer’s conference will again be one of the best ever and look forward to working with all of you again.
