For a client of ours – a growing and stable international transportation company – we are looking for a Disponent based in their office in Bulgaria.
The role:
Dispatches drivers and equipment to ensure efficient utilization and minimum delay time
Communicates effectively both in person and on the phone with managers, drivers, and customers, providing concise instruction or information
Uses effective customer service skills to help drivers throughout the delivery process
Tracks Independent Contractor drivers and reports route progress and problems into a computer system
Meets committed delivery times and ensures quality service
What are we looking for in a winning candidate?
Previous experience in a similar role in transport services will be considered an advantage
Detailed, organized, embraces structure and procedures
Strong customer service skills
Computer literacy and the ability to function in an electronic communication environment is essential
