For The Lutheran Home, I was the Assistant Director of Nursing. I had a wide range of responsibility, to include Assisting the Director of Nursing in maintaining excellence of care for the residents of this facility from the nursing staff. I maintained a number of the quality assurance logs regarding the nursing department, assisted in the maintenance of the nursing competencies and education for the nursing staff. This company is a staffing agency. For this company I worked in several different Omaha, and surrounding area hospitals, and nursing care facilities. I have extensive experience in the Critical Care Field, caring for the critically ill patients, and their families. I was certified in Advanced Care Life Support at this time.
