THEATRES LICENCE

CONDITIONS

Subject to the provisions of the Theatres Act 1968, this Theatre Licence is hereby granted under the following conditions:

1) This Licence shall, unless previously cancelled or revoked, remain in force for the period from ** to **.

2)The requirements of the Dumfries & Galloway Fire & Rescue Services with regard to fire safety at the premises shall be complied with at all times during which this Licence is in operation.

3) The requirements of the Dumfries & Galloway Constabulary with regard to public safety/crowd control within the premises shall be complied with at all times during which this Licence is in operation.

4)The relevant terms of the Theatres Act 1968 shall apply at all times during which this Licence is in operation.

5)The giving of an exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism on any person at the place to which the licence relates, is expressly prohibited unless a specific authorisation has been given by the Council, under the Hypnotism Act 1952.
