Coordinated with the store operations and vendor application team developing two key components of the Workbrain for Retail 5.0 and managed the functional implementation, testing, and training for district rollout.

  • Developed functional specifications for a new long term budgeting and forecasting module.
  • Developed functionality for “Schedule to Budget” and “Schedule to Ownership” feature for the schedule optimization engine. This functionality is a market differentiator and is now included in the “core” Info/Workbrain for Retailers WFM offering in 2007 because it reduces labor and increasesservice.
  • Managed andcompleted all functional configuration QA and UAT testing prior to rollout.
  • Developed supporting user and technical support documentation, trained the support staff and supported a successful district pilot of the new offerings.
