  • There were no disciplinary issues arising from the season. Both Trull CC teams had scored satisfactory Don Crouch scores.

5. Treasurers Report

  • There was more expenditure this season than last. A major cost will be the cutting of the outfield by an external Contractor. However, it was agreed that the benefits outweighed the cost. A final bill for the work was yet to be received.
  • The costs incurred for the work to the pavilion had been paid for.
  • The vast majority of the match fees had been collected and the revenue generated exceeded that of last year due to the increase in match fees and fewer games being called off.
  • The fridge had been another major source of revenue. D. James was thanked.

  • The fees for junior coaching will be reviewed by J. Smith

  • G. Palmer suggested a ‘beerfest’. The club agreed in principle.
  • D. James agreed to stock the fridge again. All members must pay for what they consume.
