Students happy summer, youwill read all three books during the summer andtype a book report on the selected one of the three assigned books. Pay special attention to my detailedinstructions and focus on the list of questions that should be addressed when writing the book report.

There are four parts to your book report that are required: introduction, body, conclusion, and your personal recommendation. Each part is worth 20 points. Grammar usage, spelling, and presentation are important.

Your book report must have a title page that includes your name, grade level, title of book, author, and a picture illustration drawn by you. (Total points for title page is 10 points). The title page format is as follows:

  • Your book report title page should be at the Top of the Cover Page centered, titled “Book Report.”
  • At the “center”of your cover page:type the title of book, type of literature (genre), andnumber of pages of the book.
  • Right bottom corner of cover paper: student’s name, course, teacher’s name, and due date (August 23, 2017)

You will also need to answer the following 10 questions related to your book. (This page will be the last page of your book report). (Total points for questions answered correctly are 10 points). Make sure you answer these questions before you type your book report. You will be able to organize them into a cogent, well written book report.
