EXPERIENCE / Hands on experience of working with vulnerable adults and their families in a community or home environment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND
QUALIFICATIONS / NVQ related to Social Care etc.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Good level of Education particularly in English and Maths. / Basic IT skills / Application Form

KNOWLEDGE / Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures,.
Knowledge and understanding of services available to vulnerable people and their carers.
Knowledge and understanding of disabilities and health conditions.
Understand and implement sound practices in confidentiality.
Have sound knowledge of inter agency working
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a range of situations
To have skills in engaging with vulnerable adults and their families / carers
Ability to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality at all times. / Interview

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS / Able to work a 37 hour week flexibly within the range 7.30hrs-21.00hrs, both office and community based.
Ability to transport self and others by reliable means within North Lincolnshire and occasionally outside of the boundary. Availability to work regular evenings, bank holidays and weekends. / Interview
