All space is reserved and IDEA will not issue refunds after April 1, 2017. IDEA retains the right to remove and/or prohibit any exhibit materials or items which are considered inappropriate or unacceptable. Manned tables must be whole tables only. Unmanned tables may be a whole or half table. Quarter tables can be requested for catalogs only.For-profit exhibitors must sell educational materials at their booth, not services.
