TENDER NOTICE
For and on behalf of CSEZ, Cochin, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, KITCO invites sealed, superscribed Item rate tenders in Two bid system (Technical & Price Bid) in the prescribed form from eligible technically & financial competent contractors for executing the following works.
Name of Work : Design, supply, installation, testing &
commissioning of Roof top solar photo voltaic system for CSEZ, Kakkanad
PAC : Rs.60 lakhs (approx)
EMD : Rs.50,000/-
Tender cost : Rs.5,000/-
Time of Completion : 3 months
Eligibility Criteria:
1. The tenderer should have satisfactory completed one similar work of value not less than 50 % of the PAC in a single contract during last five years as prime contractor. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the Client for work done should submitted along with the application for issue of tender document)
2. The Annual Turnover of the tenderer should be more than 60% of the PAC of the work during the last three preceding years. (Audited Balance sheets showing turnover, Profit & Loss account of the firm for the preceding 03 years should be submitted along with the application for issue of tender documents)
The tenderer should produce certificates for prequalification before purchasing the tender. The tender documents will be issued to the qualified bidders from the office of KITCO Ltd., PB No.1820, M.G. Road, Ravipuram, Cochin – 16 from 22.11.2010 to 7.12.2010, on all working days on payment of the cost of tender form by cash or DD payable at Ernakulam drawn in favour of KITCO Ltd. Last date and time of receipt of tenders will be on 8.12.2010 at 3.00 p.m and tender (technical bid) opening will be on the same day at 3.30 p.m at the office of KITCO Ltd., M.G.Road, Cochin-16.
