A. Certificated Personnel
1. Resignation
The Administration recommends acceptance of the following resignation, for reasons as noted, to be effective as indicated:

Pending proper certification, BCI/FBI background check and paperwork, the Administration recommends approval of the appointment of the following beginning the 2016/17 school year. Salary is in accordance with the adopted salary schedule:

Cassandra / Sandvick / Science Teacher / Wayne
3. Appointments
The Administration recommends the appointment of Curt Hefner as the High School Summer School Administrator – Session 1, for the 2015-2016 school year.
The Administration recommends the appointment of Jeffrey Berk as the High School Summer School Administrator – Session 2, for the 2015-2016 school year.
4. Extended Time
The Administration recommends granting six days of extended time to Jeremy Monroe, to be used by June 3, 2016, for the purpose of completing year end Principal responsibilities at Valley Forge Elementary School.
The Administration recommends granting no more than two days of extended time to Kathy Tursic and Roula Hohlakis-Youkoi, ESL teachers, for the purpose of updating records and assessing newly enrolled students to determine service. The days will be assigned by the Administrator from May 26 – August 5, 2016.
B. Classified Personnel

The Administration recommends acceptance of the following unpaid leave of absence, for reasons as noted, to be effective as indicated:

The Administration recommends the changes to the 2016-2017 Transportation Staff Handbook.
VI. THE ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS THE APPROVAL OF THE K-8 SCHOOL FEES EFFECTIVE FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR – Shelley Hilderbrand, Assistant Superintendent
VII. RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TO CLOSE THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION FUND – Gina Helmick, Treasurer
WHEREAS, the Huber Heights City School District, Montgomery County, Ohio entered into a Classroom Facilities Assistance Program with the Ohio School Facilities Commission on February 23, 2009, and
WHEREAS, all construction has been completed and all contractual obligations have been met, and
WHEREAS, the final reconciliation of the Huber Heights City School District’s Project Construction Fund (Fund 10) with the Ohio School Facilities Commission has been completed,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Huber Heights City School District, Montgomery County, Ohio approve the Certificate of Project Completion and authorize the President and Treasurer to execute the Certificate, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be authorized to close the Project Construction Fund (Fund 10) and dispose of the remaining funds in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 3318.12.
