  29. Discuss and/or vote to approve contract with Access 2Healthcare to provide therapy services for the 2017-2018 school year.
  30. Discuss and/or vote to approve/disapprove Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) for 2016-17. This resolution authorizes filing of the Form 471 applications for the funding year 2017-2018 and the payment of the applicant’s share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.
  1. Take action on approving Dr. Marilyn Dewoody, District Superintendent, as Purchasing Agent for Hulbert Independent School District (11-I016), Authorized Representative for all federal programs including E-Rate, Child Nutrition, and PL-874, and designated custodian for the General Fund, Building Fund, Child Nutrition Fund, Sinking Fund, Activity Fund, Bond Fund, and all other school programs and activities not listed for the 2017-2018school year.
  2. Take action on accepting any resignations.
  3. Discuss and/or vote whether to convene into executive session pursuant to [O.S. 25 Section 307 (B1)(B2)] to discuss:
  1. Hiring a High School Mathematics Teacher
  2. Hiring a teacher with coaching duties
