We recommend:

  • To attend the first class of the course, since professors tend to change classrooms and lecture times.
  • Warn professors in advance if you not be able to attend exams or presentations.

What to do if you have problems with:

  • Do not know where the class is?

Come to particular faculty coordinator (Viktoras, Neringa or Živilė), please have the title of the course and the name of professor with you, we will help you. If you cannot find us at the office, you can also email the teacher, their email addresses are posted on the board next to room 701.

  • How to register for Bachelor courses?

Next to courses on the schedule there is a limit of students, thus you need to register. Get teacher's signature on the Registration form during the first lecture, this will be your registration.

  • You are a master student and you want to attend intensive master level courses?

Email Neringa to register, there is a limited number of students who can attend the courses, therefore registration is mandatory. After registration, you will receive updates on the course schedule and course material. Neringa Matuliauskaitė will sign registration forms for master courses only. You have to be a Master student to attend intensive master level intensive courses.

  • You want to change the course in your learning agreement?

If you are a Vilnius University Erasmus student: Contact or visit Rita Vienazindiene (central building of university, room 241) or if you are a Business School student: Contact BS coordinator.

  • Who signs registration forms?

For bachelors Registration forms are signed by teachers, ask them during the first class. For intensive master courses Neringa Matuliauskaitė can sign registration forms from 13:00 until 15:00 h.

  • Where to find a timetable?

  • What means 1 sav and 2 sav in the schedule?

1 week and 2 week means that some of the lectures/seminars might take place every second week. This is indicated in the timetable by saying “1 sav” or “2 sav”. Please see the count of the weeks in 2016/2017 here:

  • How to register for Electronic services?

To be able to use various electronic services at Vilnius University, students should create accounts in VU e-Identity Management System ( For registration please use Your registration number / student ID number (it is written on your Lithuanian student identity card (LSIC/LSP)) and date of birth (yyyy-mm-dd).

You may find your Lithuanian student card number in the confirmation of enrolment which you have received together with the information package during the registration. This document is in Lithuanian, but I hope you will find this number easily. If not, please ask your mentors for a help or you may also contact us by e-mail.
