1934 through 1970 CLASS REUNION
Dear Fellow Classmates:
The Reunion Committee for the Classes of 1934 through 1970 is planning a class reunion to be held on Saturday July 18, 2015 from 5 p.m. till 10 p.m. at the St. Georges Family Center (Map Enclosed) located at 3204 Ridgewood Road, Akron, OH 44333. We are hoping for another great turnout so that we may continue having a reunion every other year. There will be a cash bar with Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. B.Y.O.B, if you want mixed drinks. Of course there will be Raffles and 50/50 drawings.
We are planning a social hour starting at 5 p.m. with snacks and Cash Bar, so we can visit with our classmates. We will have dinner around 6 p.m. You may choose your dinner entrée from Chicken Marie, Lemon Pepper Cod, Sirloin Filet or Vegetarian. There will also be a DJ to play music from the 30’s thru the 70’s to compliment our gathering and for dancing. If you have any photos, etc. from your high school days, you are encouraged to bring them to share. The dress code for the reunion is office casual.
There will be a photographer on site. Orders for Pictures will be taken and must be paid for that day. Cash or Check is accepted.
The cost will be $45 per person for Saturday’s Reunion Dinner. If you are planning to attend, please fill out the attached reservation form and forward along with your check or money order to:

Reservations for Saturday will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t be left out by not mailing the form on time. The deadline is June 15, 2015. Any reservations after June 15, 2015 will be charged an additional $10.00 per person. There will be absolutely NO reservations taken after July 10, 2015. ANDDDDDDDD, if you want to get a head start on the festivities, please join us at Courtyard by Marriott at 100 Springside Drive, Akron, OH 44333. FREE Friday evening, July 17, 2015 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.. There will be a CASH BAR and free snacks with plenty of room to mingle and get re-acquainted in a casual atmosphere.
If you need accommodations for your time in Akron, the Courtyard by Marriott is reserving Rooms at a special rate for Hower Attendees. Instead of regular $139 per room, our rate is $99 plus Taxes. Choice of 2 Queens or 1 King. Free Parking on the premises. Call the hotel at 330-668-9090.
