Dear Parents/Guardians

I am writing to you with the final details for the exciting event ‘Orchestra in a Field’ being held in the grounds of Glastonbury Abbey on the 30th June and 1st July. The choir will be performing in the tea tent at approximately 3.00pm on Saturday 30th June. We have been working hard with Mr Champion practising our favourite songs.

The children will be given a free ticket for the event along with 1 other for an accompanying adult.

We will need to meet outside the tea tent by 2.45pm in order to be ready for our slot on stage. Please can the children wear black or dark blue trousers and we will give them a High Harmony t-shirt to wear on the day.

The event begins at 12.00pm on Saturday should you wish to experience some of the other activities and musical experiences. For further details of this exciting event please visit the website www.orchestrainafield.com.
