Responsibilities
Working as part of the Software Department, the successful applicant will be required to provide a significant and imaginative contribution to the design and development of innovative, lifesaving defibrillator technology.
The successful candidate will utilise their experience in software development and should have experience in programming languages such as C or C++. The successful candidate shall be capable of taking ownership of the development life-cycle for software components and applications while ensuring they comply with international standards and the requirements of the HeartSine quality system.
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the development of a life-saving product.

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Digital signal processing
- Mathematical/Statistical skills

TO DESIGN PART OF A NEW PRODUCT OR SYSTEM AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR EXISTING PRODUCTS
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1 / To design/develop part of a new product or system
2 / To design to specification and generate the required documentation for each phase of the design cycle
3 / To understand and apply the Company Quality Procedures and actively contribute to, and within, the company’s Quality System
4 / To understand and apply all appropriate Regulatory and Safety Requirements to any product/project design
undertaken or proposed
5 / To document design changes according to Company Quality Procedures
