We are greatly pleased with the results of your pilot here at Hartford Distributors. As you know, we purposely did not choose to pilot your product in one of our older units, because we were curious of the affect on a newer unit. To our pleasure, you demonstrated a 31.38% energy efficiency gain on the pilot unit!
My impression of your company at every point of contact, is that you have people working there who believe in the sustainability of our planet and are extremely adept in their core competencies. From the very beginning, the time you spent with us to explain IceCOLD and make us comfortable that your product was a sensible product for our company to explore was time well spent. Your conclusions and explanations were easy for us to understand, despite being scientific in nature.
Chandrika, you understood that I was basing my recommendation to invite you here based solely on what I had heard from Charlie at National Distributors. Still you did not see HDI as an easy “in.” You took the time and included the appropriate people to help us understand how the product worked. Your project management went exactly as described and was always on-time. The degree of proficiency that you and your colleagues have is unparalleled to any other project team that I have experienced with other similar past implementations at HDI.
We are off to a great start! It has been a busy here of late with year-end and other projects, but I didn’t want another day to go by without telling you how much I appreciate your efforts on our behalf. As you know, we may be upgrading some of our refrigeration equipment, so we have decided not to go forward with the full implementation at this point. As soon as our direction is identified, you will be the first person I call!
