Group Guidelines

To help ensure that your stay will be both safe and enjoyable for both your group and other hotel guests, we ask that you adhere to the following. Noncompliance may result in one or more of your group members being asked to leave. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

  1. A curfew is in effect nightly starting at 10:00 p.m. for all people under the age of 18.
  2. Only registered guests are allowed in our guestrooms after 10:00 p.m. Our sleeping rooms are not party rooms. Anyone using a guestroom as a party room will be asked to leave.
  3. All of our public areas close at 12:00 a.m. for everyone.
  4. Sporting equipment is NOT ALLOWED inside of the hotel. Clothing and uniforms are allowed, but hockey sticks, volleyballs, etc. are not allowed. If you have any concerns about leaving your equipment in your vehicle, the front desk will be more than happy to store your equipment in our back office.
  5. Games such as “knee hockey” are not allowed in our hallways. Hallways are to be kept clear.
  6. There is a maximum of 5 registered guests per guest room.
  7. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS, OR LARGE COOLERS are allowed in the pool area.
  8. Regular pool hours are from 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. daily. From 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. the pool is reserved for adults only.
  9. A Pool Attendant will be on duty during water slide hours. The pool water slide hours are:
  10. Fridays 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  11. Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  12. Sundays 8 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
  13. There will be NO running or jumping including diving or cannonballs in or around the pool.
  14. Waterslide Rules are as follows: 48 inch height requirement, no lifejackets or floatation devices allowed, single persons down the slide only no doubles or trains, no diving or jumping from waterslide, riding down the slide feet first only.
  15. There is no running allowed in the hotel.
  16. Loud disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will receive one warning and the second time they will be asked to leave the property.
  17. Any signs/banners used by a group to identify guest rooms after they’ve checked in can be placed on the wall underneath the door number, not on the door itself.
  18. The above guidelines are to be shared with all members of the group prior to arrival.

It is each registered guests responsibility to ensure that the above rules are followed.
