General:

The full manuscript should be typed in a camera-ready format on A4 (or 8.5 x 11 inch) sheets of plain paper and should not exceed six pages (12 pages for a keynote paper), including figures and tables. Figures and sketches may be in color as the proceedings will be published on a CD-ROM. Final papers must be submitted as a PDF document.

- Times New Roman 10 point, bold for authors name

- Below authors names, their affiliation (institution, address, email) in regular 10 point

- Times New Roman with a font size of 10 point for the body

- Times New Roman 10 point, bold and capital letter for the title of sections

- Equations should be numbered

- Provide a nomenclature for main symbols

- Pages should not be numbered

- Standard margins should be applied (1.8cm right and left, 2cm top and bottom)

- The following header should be included at the top of the first page (right justified):

The paper number for this example is 7. This paper number should be replaced by the number of your paper given on the first line of your abstract acceptance e-mail. The above four lines should be in (1) bold, (2) Times New Roman, (3) font size 10 point.

- The references for the paper should be numbered in the order in which they are called in the text. Calling the references is by giving the appropriate numbers in square brackets. The references should be listed with the following information provided: the author’s surname and the initials of his/her names, the complete title of the work (in English translation) and, in addition:

(a) for books: the publishing house and the place and year of publication,

for example: [1] Holman J.P.: Heat Transfer, McGraw-Hill, New York 1968.

(b) for journals: the name of the journal, volume (Arabic numerals in bold), year of publication (in round brackets), number and, if appropriate, numbers of relevant pages, for example: [2] Rizzo F.I., Shippy D.I.: A method of solution for certain problems of transient heat conduction, AIAA Journal 8(1970), No. 11, 2004-2009.
