ID will be required to determine proof of age, the bar staff hold the right to refuse service of alcohol.

All Proms must be pre paid 28 days in advance of the event date, failure to pre pay may result in the booking being released. The Hotel staff and Management are not responsible for the overseeing of behaviour on the evening, it is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate staff to oversee the pupils.
