Fun Jump Private Party Rental Policies- *subject to change (rev 10/2012)

Facility will be available before and after regular walk-in hours. Hours may vary.

Fun Jump requires signed acknowledgement of risk waiver for each participant.

Maximum capacity is 60 people total. A $5 surcharge will be added per guest above the capacity.

For Safety Reasons- Only children up to age 12 are permitted to bounce on inflatables.

Cost for private party rental is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum suggested which includes:

o  Your Exclusive Use of Fun Jump building and parking lot!

o  Party rooms

o  Furnishings

o  Bathrooms

o  Inflatable units (all 6)

o  Table settings provided include table cover, cake plates & napkins, in your choice of solid colors. Forks for cake are also provided if needed. Plain white plates provided for pizza.

o  Staff members to check in your guests, set tables, assist in serving guests and clean up.

Food and drinks:

NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS except cake/cupcakes. BRING YOUR CANDLES, LIGHTER & CAKE SERVER!!

Available for purchase: (Pizza must be pre-ordered before event)

o  Pizza 16” 1-topping (8 large slices or 12 pcs. square cut) $18.00 each, tax incl.

(Delivered ready-to-eat from Al and Leda’s Pizzeria)

o  Fountain drinks provided at $1.50 for 16 ounce (Pepsi products) or

o  Pitchers of fountain drinks at $6 each- select 2 flavors or

o  Capri Sun juice pouches- flavors vary Box of 10 for $5.00 (specify quantity needed in advance)

o  Pitcher of water and up to 20 cups $3.00- free refills on water or FREE in your own cups!!

o  Ice Cream cup $1.00

o  Other menu items priced individually at our concession area - available for purchase

Jumpers:

Children

o  Should wear soft clothing without sharp objects that could damage inflatables.

o  Must remove shoes and wear socks (may be purchased for $1/pair if child isn’t wearing socks)

Adults

·  May sit on inflatables and assist children under age 4 but are not permitted to bounce for safety reasons.

RESERVATIONS: $100 deposit required to hold your date and time

If you will be providing goodie bags for your guests,…

Please note that they will be distributed as your guests are leaving the event.

CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS:

·  Full refund - deposit is returned if cancellation occurs within 2 days of original reservation date.

·  50% refund of deposit- If canceled prior to 30 days of event

OR event can be rescheduled for a new date within 30 days of change date.

·  25% refund of deposit- If canceled less than 30 days and more than 10 days before the original event date

·  No refund- if cancellation of event 10 days or less before date of event
