Forty-first. Part of Fairfax County comprised of the Bonnie Brae (126), Burke (801), Burke Centre (127), Cherry Run (825), Fairview (105), Laurel (119), Mantua (707), Olde Creek (109), Olley (124), Parkway (842), Price (711), Robinson (123), Signal Hill (125), Terra Centre (130), and White Oaks (833) Precincts and parts of the Lake Braddock (118), Pohick (811), and Woodson (117) Precincts

Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.

The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.

A. Part of Fairfax County contained within a line described as follows:

  1. Beginning at the point where Wolf Run empties into Occoquan River, the Fairfax County-Prince William County boundary
  1. north on Wolf Run to Henderson Road (State Route 643)
  1. northeast on Henderson Road to Ox Road (State Highway 123)
  1. northwest on Ox Road to Burke Lake Road (State Route 645)
  1. northeast on Burke Lake Road to Pohick Road (State Route 641)/Fairfax County Parkway (State Route 7100)
  1. southeast on Pohick Road/Fairfax County Parkway to a power line approximately 900 feet southeast of the intersection of Lee Chapel Road (State Route 643) with Pohick Road/Fairfax County Parkway
  1. northeast on said power line to Sydenstricker Road (State Route 640)
  1. southeast on Sydenstricker Road to Huntsman Boulevard
  1. northeast on Huntsman Boulevard to Old Keene Mill Road (State Route 644)
  1. northeast on Old Keene Mill Road to Rolling Road (State Route 638)
  1. northwest on Rolling Road to the Norfolk Southern Railway
  1. east on the Norfolk Southern Railway to Accotink Creek
  1. south on Accotink Creek to the Fort Belvoir Military Reservation property line, said property line being the northern boundary of census block 510599801001005
  1. west on said property line to Rolling Road (State Route 638)
  1. northwest on Rolling Road to Fairfax County Parkway (State Route 7100)
  1. west on Fairfax County Parkway to Pohick Creek
  1. southeast on Pohick Creek approximately 2.1 miles to a power line, said power line being the northern boundary of census block 510594924001003
  1. west on said power line to Pohick Road (State Route 641)
  1. south on Pohick Road to Creekside View Lane
  1. south on Creekside View Lane to its terminus
  1. west in a straight line, following the northern boundary of census block 510594327021015, to Pohick Creek
  1. northwest and then south on Pohick Creek to the Amtrak Railroad
  1. south on the Amtrak Railroad to a point where it would be intersected by an extension west of a service road leading from Mims Street to a commercial rock and sand yard, said service road and extension being the northern boundary of census block 510594221022004
  1. east on said extension and service road to Mims Street
  1. southeast on Mims Street to Richmond Highway (United States Highway 1)
  1. northeast and then east on Richmond Highway to Lukens Lane
  1. south on Lukens Lane to Old Mill Road
  1. southeast on Old Mill Road to Mount Vernon Memorial Highway (State Highway 235)
  1. northeast and then southeast on Mount Vernon Memorial Parkway to George Washington Memorial Parkway (State Highway 400)
  1. north and then southeast on George Washington Memorial Parkway to Little Hunting Creek
