(1) Budget for the activities of Flemish project members must be calculated according to the funding rules of FWO. Budget for activities of Vietnamese project members is stipulated by the Decision 14/2008/QĐ-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology dated22/12/2008 and the inter-ministerial Decree 93/2006/TTLT/BTC-BKHCN dated 04/10/2006.
