Randy Jones received a B.F.A. from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 1982. He has participated in several galleries in Ohio, and his work was shown by Eovia Inc. at the Apple Computer Expo in Paris. He has been a digital artist for eighteen years.

“My digital paintings reflect what I respond to. There is joy in the arrangement of design elements and colors within a composition. And there is beauty of varied shape and form. Familiar, comfortable objects like fruit or books express the fragility of the moment, but also become something eternal and timeless frozen forever in the picture. The more we look, the more we see. Most importantly we see that transient beauty can become transformed consciously and subconsciously. Together with the highest level of my ability the still-life objects in my paintings make my work meaningful. My art is therapy for me. It is here that I am transformed and freed the stigma of mental illness. It is here that my soul soars. And my mental health consumer peers become heroes of inspiration: the brave people who overcome symptom and stigma daily. Here may I say and rejoice with them that we are so much more than the sum of our illness.” - Randy Jones

Fresh A.I.R. Gallery manager, Kim Webb say’s “Randy’s work is fascinating. It has dense conceptual integrity, unique technique, and remarkable craftsmanship.”
