Following is a list of options available to all those who participate as PFT in the Fitness for Life Program. These parameters are intended to be a guide and not absolute requirements. The FFL Coordinator reserves the right to waive these or amend these at any time.

2 years as PFT

Attend IAFF Wellness Task group Meeting

Attend LACOFD FFL Meetings

Coordinate Clinics

Supervise Exercise Physiologist

Attend Mandatory Quarterly Committee Meetings

Attend Mandatory Semi Annual Regional Meetings

Annual letter (Performance Evaluation) to reflect

40 Hr Assignment (Career Development Guide)

Leadership Experience (Career Development Guide)

Administrative Experience (Career Development Guide)

Coordinator Credit (Career Development Guide Category L)

Committee Credit (Career Development Guide Category M)

Instructor Credit (C D G Category N)

Education Credit 40 hr PFT class (Career Development Guide)

Education Credit Additional (Career Development Guide)

Regional Coordinator or Regional Coordinator Assistant
