5 LITTLE REINDEER
Five little reindeer pulling the sleigh
full of presents on Christmas day.
Santa shouts “Oohh” and falls one sack,
One little reindeer goes to get it back.
Four little reindeer…………………………..
Three little reindeer…………………………
Two little reindeer…………………………..
One little reindeer………………………….
No little reindeer pulling the sleigh
No presents left on Christmas day.
Santa calls the reindeer “Where are my presents?!”
The little reindeer bring them back!
SANTA’S SUIT
Santa is sad.
“What’s the matter, Santa?”
“It’s terrible! I want a different coloured suit”.
“I’d like a WHITE suit” but “I look like a polar bear!”
“I can try a GREEN suit” but “I look like a Christmas tree!”
“I can try a GREEN suit” but “I look like a Christmas tree!”
“What about a PINK one? I look like a doll”
“May be a YELLOW suit” but “I look like a giant lemon!
“ PURPLE is too sad…Black and BLUE are too dark!”
These colours are not for me.
It’s Christmas! What can I wear?
“It’s easy” says Mrs Santa “RED is your favourite colour. It’s bright and warm and glows”.
“You are right! Red is the best and it matches Rudolph’s nose”
SANTA’S SUITCASE
Santa is freezing.
“My nose is frozen. My toes and fingers too!”
“I don’t like winter weather.
I’m cold and wet all day. I need an holiday!”
Mrs Santa packs Santa’s suitcase……clothes and boots and bathing suits……
First, I’ll wear my cowboy suit and ride my horse…
Then up on an elephant in the deep jungle.
Now, let’s explore the warm, blue sea.
It’s terribly hot here in the desert and this weather is not for me.
Back again to the North Pole. This is the place where I live and best of all it’s snowing!
DEAR SANTA
I wrote to Santa to send me something special for Christmas.
So he wrapped up a….car. Too small, thought Santa. I’ll send something else.
So he wrapped up a….kite. Too big, thought Santa. I’ll send something else.
So he wrapped up a….ball. Too bouncy, thought Santa. I’ll send something else.
So he wrapped up a….mask. Too scary, thought Santa. I’ll send something else.
So he wrapped some…. finger paint. Too messy, thought Santa. I’ll send something else.
So he thought very hard and on Christmas Eve Santa brought me a….cat. She’s just what I wanted! I love her. Thank you Santa!
