While managing a territory, you’ll have excellent training and limited overnight travel. You must be self-motivated with sales – or people – related experience, along with a BA/BS degree and a competitive drive. You’ll earn a guaranteed minimum salary during training with the potential to make more. Down the road you’ll earn salary plus commission, plus bonus opportunities. First year average gross earnings are $88,322.
